National IV

1. National Industrial Visit – Jaipur, Jaisalmer & Jodhpur

RGCMS IIIC, in collaboration with Travel Masters Tours & Travel, organised a National Industrial Visit (IV) from 14th to 21st January 2025. 39 students participated in the 8-day visit to Jaipur, Jaisalmer, and Jodhpur. The purpose of the visit was to provide real-world industry exposure, enhance practical learning, and develop teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.

During the visit, students toured Saras Dairy and Jaipur Foot, gaining valuable insights into industry operations, production processes, and business strategies. They engaged with industry professionals to understand key aspects such as supply chain management, quality control, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

In addition to industrial exposure, the visit offered students the opportunity to explore Rajasthan’s rich cultural heritage, promoting social awareness, cultural appreciation, and team bonding. The trip successfully combined educational and experiential learning, providing students a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and management principles.

Chandigarh-Manali-Amritsar

To learn operations function & overall management at various industries; I.V. committee took initiative for the National industrial visit with vendor Travel Masters tours & travel. The tour was planned for 10 days.Industries visited Mile Stone Gear and Micro turner Kullu shawl factory outlet. Students went of a 10 days trip – visited 2 industry’s (Industries visited Mile Stone Gear and Micro turner) and (Kullu shawl) factory outlets with various tourist places. Students asked questions & got their queries answered at visits.It was observed that apart from learning management functions the visit brought a great sense of social awareness, team cohesiveness & leadership & management skills among students.

Chandigarh Manali

To learn operations function and overall management at various industries; I.V. committee took initiative for the National industrial visit with vendor Travel Masters tours and travel. Students went of a 9 days trip from 1st to 9th January 2023 – visited 3 industry’s factory outlets, tourist places. Students asked questions and got their queries answered at visits. Industries like Vardhman Auro Spinning Mill (VardhamanTextiles) & Shawl Factory, Baddi, HP were visited. It was observed that apart from learning management functions the visit brought great sense of social awareness, team cohesiveness and leadership and management skills among students.

In academic year 2019-20, we visited Chandigarh, Manali and Amritsar. We visited Groupe SEB, Indo Farm Equipment Limited and the famous tourist attractions in all the three places.

In academic year 2018-19, we visited Jaipur, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. We visited Dainik Bhaskar Printing Plant, Jodhpur; Artificial Limb Making Unit, Jaipur and the famous tourist attractions in all the three places.
