Ms. Jyoti Karmiyani brings over 12 years of extensive experience in the investment banking sector and more than nine years in Teaching. Dr. Neelam Pashte holds a Ph.D. in Business Policy and Administration (2023) and is MH-SET qualified in Commerce. She holds a Master of Commerce in Management Studies and a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) with a specialization in Marketing.

Dr. Deepika Jindoliya

A dedicated scholar and researcher, Dr. Deepika Jindoliya is an accomplished academician with a diverse background. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Business Management from D. Y. Patil deemed University. She is a recipient of esteemed Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by University Grants Commission.

In addition to more than three years of academic experience, she has over a year of administrative experience with the Government of Rajasthan. She has taught BMS, BAMMC, M.Com. and MBA students.

As a dedicated scholar, she has published research papers in Scopus-indexed and peer reviewed international journals. She has one copyright to her credit.  A fervent supporter of academic excellence and integrity, she has reviewed eight research papers for prestigious journals and tried to ensure that high-impact research is shared throughout the academic community.

Dr. Puja U .Kaushik Assistant Professor in Finance and Entrepreneurship completed her Ph.D. in 2009. She is a faculty who works towards the goal to achieve excellence in management teaching and learning .She has been in the field of Academics since 2004 and is highly involved in Productivity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Much of her research focuses on financial issues related to start-ups, and high growth firms, and the interaction of these issues with innovation and entrepreneurial activity. She teaches the Entrepreneurial and Finance course in the MBA elective curriculum.
