Asst. Prof. Indrayani Abhay Uthale is a dedicated finance academic, researcher, and educator with over 7 years of teaching experience in teaching Finance and Accountancy. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Placement Coordinator at Rajiv Gandhi College of Management Studies (RGCMS), Navi Mumbai, and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Finance at Amity Business School, Amity University Mumbai.
A Gold Medalist and First Rank holder from KLS’s Gogte College of Commerce, under Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, she has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a strong commitment to research. Her academic achievements include multiple research publications, Best Paper Presentation Awards at national and international conferences, a published patent, and SAP (FICO) certification.
As the Placement Coordinator at RGCMS, she actively bridges academia and industry by fostering corporate partnerships, facilitating internship and placement opportunities, and guiding students in developing the skills required for successful professional careers.
