Dr. Urmila Sandesh Sonavane is an accomplished academician with a Ph.D. in Management Studies and has qualified both UGC-NET in Management Studies and SET in Commerce With over 10 years of teaching experience, she has demonstrated excellence in higher education through effective teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship.
Her core teaching areas include H.R & General Management and she is known for integrating theoretical knowledge with real-world applications in the classroom.
Dr. Urmila Sandesh Sonavane has contributed to Academic Research through publications in Scopus, Reputed National and International Journals. She actively participates in Faculty Development Programs, Seminars, and Academic Conferences, and is passionate about fostering an engaging and research-oriented academic environment.
