Dr. Chahat Hargunani is a dedicated academic professional with proven expertise in Management Education, Research, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development.. She serves as an Assistant Professor and the Innovation & Incubation Cell (IIC) Coordinator at Rajeev Gandhi College of Management Studies (RGCMS), Navi Mumbai, where she actively nurtures entrepreneurial thinking, research excellence, experiential learning among students and Institutional Growth.

She recently earned her Doctoral degree (PhD-(2025) from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, marking a significant milestone achieved through perseverance, dedication, and scholarly commitment. Her research focuses on Consumer Behaviour, DINK Family Structures, Sustainability, and Evolving Lifestyle Trends, areas in which she continues to contribute through publications, academic projects, and industry collaborations. She has writtern various Books, Patents too.

As an academic leader, Dr. Hargunani has successfully organized and coordinated numerous national events, industry expert sessions, and community engagement initiatives, bridging academia with real-world perspectives. Ms. Jyoti Karmiyani brings over 12 years of extensive experience in the investment banking sector and more than nine years in Teaching. Her passion for teaching and connecting with students has led her to serve as visiting faculty at several reputed institutions in Mumbai, where she has taught a diverse range of programs including BMS, BFM, PGDM, MMS, and PGPM.

In addition to her classroom experience, she has also delivered online instruction to learners in the UK and Dubai, showcasing her ability to engage across international platforms. Dr. Neelam Pashte holds a Ph.D. in Business Policy and Administration (2023) and is MH-SET qualified in Commerce. With over nine years of teaching experience and three years in the industry, she brings a balanced blend of academic rigor and practical insight to her role. She holds a Master of Commerce in Management Studies and a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) with a specialization in Marketing.

Dr. Deepika Jindoliya

A dedicated scholar and researcher, Dr. Deepika Jindoliya is an accomplished academician with a diverse background. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Business Management from D. Y. Patil deemed University. She is a recipient of esteemed Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by University Grants Commission.

In addition to more than three years of academic experience, she has over a year of administrative experience with the Government of Rajasthan. She has taught BMS, BAMMC, M.Com. and MBA students.

As a dedicated scholar, she has published research papers in Scopus-indexed and peer reviewed international journals. She has one copyright to her credit.  A fervent supporter of academic excellence and integrity, she has reviewed eight research papers for prestigious journals and tried to ensure that high-impact research is shared throughout the academic community.

Dr. Puja U .Kaushik Assistant Professor in Finance and Entrepreneurship completed her Ph.D. in 2009. She is a faculty who works towards the goal to achieve excellence in management teaching and learning .She has been in the field of Academics since 2004 and is highly involved in Productivity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Much of her research focuses on financial issues related to start-ups, and high growth firms, and the interaction of these issues with innovation and entrepreneurial activity.
